CHINESE GRILLED DINNER All you need to accompany this quick grilled dinner is rice or tortillas (similar enough to Chinese pancakes to do in a pinch), beer, and a good bag of cookies for dessert. Or if you are feeling more ambitious, cut some oranges into thick slices and lightly grill after the coals have cooled slightly. SOY PORK CHOPS � cup soy sauce � cup dry sherry 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon minced ginger 3 scallions, sliced � to 1 pound wafer-thin pork chops Thai peanut sauce (optional) for dipping At home, whisk together soy sauce, sherry, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallions.
