How should be the Title of a proposal?

Since the title is intended as a descriptive designation of the content, it should be clearly related to the proposal content. Brevity is usually desired; as such, avoid superfluous lead phrases (e.g .. ‘A Study of’, ‘A Comparison of’'). If a long title cannot be avoided, consider a main title and a subtitle (e.g., ‘Projection of Social Trends Using Time Series Indicators: Methodology and Application in Educational Planning’)
